What are the delivery costs? 

We offer free basic delivery for all orders.
Delivery fees are added for express shipping options.

How long does delivery take?

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and are estimated to be delivered between 2-4 business days.

Once your order has been completed and transferred to a carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses or different countries can result in longer delivery times.

What are the available shipping methods?

Your order will be shipped either by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your order and shipping country. We usually pick the quickest option.

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes ?

Yes, duties and taxes are calculated into your order total. You'll know how much to pay during check out. Additional fees are never added onto orders.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days upon arrival.
      - Fashion items must be unworn with all tags attached.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges will be treated as returns where the customer will send us their order and we will send out the replacement. Please reach out to us for details about how to do an exchange.

How do I return my order?

Returns can be sent back in their original packaging.
Please note that in order for us to accept your return, items must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and unworn with all original packaging and tags attached.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is confirmed?
